We recently bought a house in Richmond and discovered significant deferred maintenance, including a circuit panel that was not suitable for the amount of load the house needed. Shawn Sellers and his team assessed the entire house and meticulously addressed all of the issues, including rebuilding the panel. He and his team are skilled, straightforward and honest; the quality of their work is excellent while also respecting the integrity of the home and the demands of its new owners.
