Poor communication, zero follow up, all excuses during our attempted remodel. Would not recommend unless you like bad communication. Even his subs warned me.
Working alongside the S&S team—and the contractors they bring in—has been an incredible experience. Every piece of the project is handled with purpose and precision. You can tell this team is intentional from start to finish, making sure no detail is overlooked. I’ve had the opportunity to document not just their builds, but the work of their extended team, and the quality across the board is truly top notch. On top of that, their communication and professionalism set a standard that’s hard to match.
Zach and his crew were top notch throughout our ground up kitchen remodel. Communication with Zach was excellent. He made sure to explain any changes to our estimate and got our approval beforehand, as to avoid any surprises. His recommendations for cabinets and counters were great. The whole crew was polite and tidy, as well. S&S is not your typical lake builder and I could not recommend them more highly.
Zach was terrific from estimate to final invoice. He has a great team of subs that did a great job. Thank you.
