The workouts are always different coaching is great. Two weeks in and I am really enjoying it. Classes are upbeat and the reservation process is user friendly.
Dropped in while in town and would definitely make this my box. Great warm up, strength, metcon, and friendly coach and class.
Their website has drop in rates making it an obvious choice for an out of towner. Cody and Amy are very welcoming as well as the regulars. Thanks S&S!
My husband dropped in this last week and raved about the owner/coach (CC)! Everyone was friendly and inviting. Facility was clean and organized. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!
