My experience. He had offered to pick up my trailer if he could haul a horse back in it, which felt lucky. The first few weeks went great with lots of updates/pictures, then silence. I reached out to make sure things were ok and he had been too busy to work on it. 1.) Anything Shane Sample is tied to, run as soon as you find out. 2.) He doesn't perform work in California, he claims to have left from high taxes and related to Texas. 3.) He roams the U.S. doing "work" for people but what he really does is takes your money and doesn't complete the work, lies to you for weeks, and is a fraud. I have text messages and voice recordings which is legal in AZ as long as one party has knowledge and that would be me.
