We took our Coachman Concord the them to get the new Vroom Slide system installed. Our coach has a curved side and the Vroom system could only be installed by the factory in AZ. So we debated on making the trip to AZ but decided to go ahead and have S&S install the OEM schwintek system since it just wasn't feasible to make the long trip to AZ. This is one of the best service providers I have ever worked with. They go way above & beyond to get your problems resolved & make sure you are completely satisfied. Allen squeezed me in for what was thought to be a quick repair to a dishwasher & it turned out to be all day. The service tech Daryl is top notch. He could have thrown in the towel & took the easy way out by having to order parts & putting this job onto someone else but fixed the broken part & completed the repair in a professional manner. S&S was at the FROG (Forest River Owners Group) Rally in August of 2024. I had some damage to the rear of my 2024 FR3. I spoke to the ladies at the booth, gave them my space number, made an appointment for the next day. Alan came the next day. He wrote me an estimate, i agreed and we set a date for me to take the coach to S&S in three weeks. The entire team at S&S Service is absolutely extraordinary! From Mark the owner to Cassandra behind the scenes to the most incredible, knowledgeable, patient and kind Service Advisor/Manager Allen Burgess along with multiple highly skilled Technicians who are qualified to service all of the many needs of those of us who own and operate luxury motor coaches especially Entrega Coaches. I consider myself to be extremely fortunate to have these fine folks as my primary care providers for my beloved Entegra Anthem.
We are now CUSTOMERS FOR LIFE! I had heard how great they are from several People in my Entegra owners group. Then I had a need to call them. We had a slide issue just 3 weeks before a trip we had planned , and the coach was virtually unusable. I called Allen at S&S. He asked when our trip was and worked us in 1 week later. He even ordered the part we knew we needed and went so far as to have the manufacturer of the slide out mechanism arrive at 7:00 AM to check the other parts.
