They did an awesome job. I just love my floors. Would definitely recommend them. Update: a piece of my strip came up. I've been going back and forth trying to get them to come fix it. Came one time and put glue under it, that didn't work. Came Wednesday to fix it, said they would be back , had to go get a piece of strip. Today is Sunday, haven't seen or heard from them. Not answering my calls or responding to my messages. I expected so much more from them. I just want my floor right.
They perform quality service with quality care extremely professional. Took their time in addressing high traffic areas, I have referred them. To my neighbors and other units in which I own
I had carpet restretched and recliner cleaned and all fast and a great job. I will get carpet cleaned next week because the work is good and affordable. The only suggestion I would make is that when cleaning, please use a drop cloth to protect hardwood floors. I had to mop 3 times to remove the residue from my floor after the recliner was cleaned. There was no clean up after the job.
Pretty crappy to cut everyone off right before you got into the tunnel (no blinker of course and on the solid white line I’ll add) and then to stay riding in the left lane going under the speed limit while texting on your phone.
