THE CUSTOMER SERIVE ETIQUETTE WAS TRASH!!!!! I went in for a check engine light and remote start issue. I guess my first mistake was going in without a man beside me. I've ever met such disrespectful individuals in my life and I worked in Corrections. The managers very dismissive of me and would cut me off mid sentence any time I dared to ask a question or speak.
