Very professional, skilled mechanics, The shop owner was very helpful professional as well, really know his stuff. He tried to accommodate me with my car needs and gave me many options, which help me made an inform decision. Glad I walked in. I highly recommend this place.
I was visiting the area on a road trip when my car overheated. I called S&S since they were the closet. They took the time to explain what to do in order to drive my car there safely, and continued to take great care of my car. I found them to be professional, well priced, and the customer service went above and beyond.
Called very rude very unethical very deceptive put me on hold for over 2mins to go talk to someone on another phone like i dont mattef like they the only shop in New York these people crazy
