Okay little different of a review. I purchased a transmission off of Steven through Facebook marketplace. We agreed on a price, which you can see in the attached picture, would include a 2 year warranty. Welp to make a long story shorter. The trans went, I contacted him inquiring about the "2 year warranty" he read my messages and ignored my messages. Says alot about a man's character to go back on a word he gives.
Did a great job. Good communication and got me in right away and had the job done promptly. Will use again in future.
Steven hands down is 5 stars across the board in everything. His communication was fantastic and his work is a hidden gem among mechanical skills. I felt most shops in the area were just pushing for service of my transmission on a waiting list of almost 4 weeks. nobody even asked me what i was doing with the truck he was the only one who did and turned my truck around in 3 days. I originally took my truck to a place near my home, and was told it would be about three weeks before they even got to my transmission. At that time, I was having work done at my house and the contractor referred me to Steve. I AM SO GLAD I CALLED! Got it towed the same day. Steve saved me so much time and money and I was back in action in just 2 days! If you need a transmission guy, he is your best choice!
Steve was easy to work with. Communication was spot on. Price was very reasonable. He had my transmission rebuilt and reinstalled in 2 hours. My 2015 suburban ltz has performed perfect since S&S rebuilt it. I would highly recommend Steve.
