Slow to get a door, slower to offload. If you have a reload, good luck making it there before 3 pm if at all.

Terrible customer service. If you call them to switch out a color, within 15 minutes of placing the order they will not let you, and make you place another order, then charge you the shipping cost of the out going order you want to return, a restocking fee, and pay for your own shipping label to return the items. You would also have to place another order to replace the items, and you would have to wait 2 weeks for them to confirm the RMO, and they will take 2 weeks after that to issue a refund and they again charged you for... read more
