I was very happy with the initial visit. The selection offered a lot of variety for style and application. The rating is a 5 star because I was called to come pick up my glasses and the Deer Park store was unexpectedly closed during normal hours. I called the near by Pasadena store to see if the store might open later. The folks at Pasadena quickly elevated the issue and responded with EXCELLENCE by sending over an associate to open the store and deliver my safety glasses.
