We love Dr. Srun my son gets his prescriptions here and he’s always super attentive and kind. This goes for his front office staff as well. 10/10
I got glasses for a friend of mine and all went well. I went back today for myself. Dr. Srun was very professional. I got the eye exam, and ordered 2 pairs of glasses. Everything is good. Recommended!
I tried to make an appointment for an eye exam for glasses, through the Costco number, but their phone only takes messages and directs you to their web site. So, I went online and filled out the appointment request. Then, you are taken to a screen to sign a permission form that includes authorization to receive payment. However, nowhere it shows how much they charge for the exam, nor if they accept any insurance plans. The fact they are associated with Costco does not provide any discounts. Unprofessional, unreliable, uneducated, cheap, and just plain rude. He does not listen to the patient! He prescribes what makes him commision! Not what you asked for! Asking for assistance is near to impossible, as he is cheap and keeps a very limited staff that never answers the phone. The girls don't care either. Yeah I am talking about you Maria!
