I am so pleased with Dr. Pachigolla. I’ve had a high A1C for years, and since I recently started seeing her, my A1C has dropped and is close to my target range. She’s smart, friendly, and has made my type 1 diabetes much more manageable. I don’t dread labs and appointments like I used to.

I was seen right at my appointment time, which I truly appreciate. Scott provided excellent triage—carefully checking my vitals, reviewing prescriptions, vitamins, and supplements, and discussing my health and safety since my last visit. Dr. Pachigolla arrived promptly and pleasantly, thoroughly reviewed my recent lab work, clearly explained the plan, and scheduled appointments and procedures for the next 12 months. It was a well-organized, professional, and reassuring visit from start to finish.
I absolutely love Dr. Srujana Pachigolla! I have never had a doctor that makes sure your health is good, ask about your family and not rush your appointment. 10/10 recommend.
