I have been going to SRT Prosthetics for about 8-9 years now and I have gone to both the Gurnee and Milwaukee locations. I have worked with Erin, Kelly and currently Toby and they have all been amazing and so kind and caring in working with me through every prosthesis they have made, every adjustment and every emergency they have diligently responded to. I was attending the Gurnee office whenever I had a need concerning my prosthetic arm until they closed. They helped me with putting on new gloves, new straps, and any adjustments needed. They were very accommodating, friendly, and helpful. But, I got the impression they were more experienced and knowledgable with lower extremities than upper. When they first changed my strap support configurations from the original I lost the comfort and function of a secure fit. In follow up visits they were unable to regain that proper fit... read more
SRT Prosthetics in Gurnee is excellent for both prosthetics and orthotics. Staff is experienced, knowledgeable, friendly and conscientious. Several members are from the original McKinney team so they come with lots of experience and trained under the best, Ray McKinney. I've been an amputee for a long time, by far the best Prosthetics I've had!! I highly recommend them.
Friendly and helpful, Staff is A1 SRT is on the Cutting Edge Of prosthetics. Very satisfied ! 6 star!! Thank you guys for all You have done over the years.
