I gave a 5 star review when I initially got the car and I apparently spoke too soon sadly. I purchased a SUV in November from SRT after our car was totaled in an accident. I’ve always gone to the same dealerships in my area. I’m used to them communicating the process which doesn’t leave room for me to wonder, worry or bug them.
