First time client. Honestly, not impressed at all. The communication was really not there. There were some mistakes, which then I found some more through out the forms. She asked me in the email if I wanted Deposit to be sent, I replied yes deposit. But what was weird to me is that she didn’t ask for my Bank account. I was nervous to talk taxes as I am new in a up-and-coming employment role. Furthermore it was coming up on the last days of being able to file. When I say my inexperience and knowledge was limited I can only stress this so much but I think it gives even more respect to the ability, kindness, and skills SRS tax services has. Not only was it fairly quick and painless the energy and encouragement was highly appreciated. I would definitely recommend and look forward to further future business.
