I have been in my property for approximately one year. I contacted Steve from SRS Mechanical to service the gas furnace last fall as it was noted he provided the installation. Steve couldn't have been more professional and walked me through the operation in detail and filter replacement process. Recently, I noticed an infrequent drip from a joint in the furnace exhaust.
