We have used SRS few times. Recently used SRS again. We were just blown away by speed, friendliness, and professionalism! One house needed a whole new unit put in unfortunately for us. I just watched in amazement informing them that was like “pit crew” fast! Only to come to another house needing another repair! Once again very fast, friendly and professional! I called SRS heating with an emergency. One of my tenants just had a baby and the unit went out. I was informed that they will no longer process/conduct any services from me because I went to another company in the past. I'm a paying customer and have the right to use whom ever I please. SRS heating will lose lots of business from being so petty and not accepting emergency calls.
Woke up this morning to an AC unit that had gone out overnight. Called SRS and they had a guy out here within 2 hours, he determined the unit had a compressor out and as old as the unit is we would be better off buying a new one. 6 hour later the new one was blowing cold air. Remarkable service, I cannot say enough.
Everyone was very nice friendly and helpful and efficient
SRS has always been there when I needed them. Latest issue occurred at 3:30pm. Mr. Still had someone come right to my house and take care of the issue within 1/2 an hour (Thank you Alan!). We have used SRS Heating & Cooling for many years and I can't recommend someone more highly for your HVAC needs.
