I normally read reviews before heading to a customer but this time I didnt... so, I arrived 15 minutes late due to weather conditions, parked in a spot first to not block traffic then texted to check in, was told I was late they already moved last truck to load. I was told I can park overnight but nothing about a late fee till the morning re checked in at 730am. They send a link for credit card payment only,$275 late fee. Arrive on time and have this info ready to send as you drive up. Be safe drivers.
Is good, make sure you read a big sign to send the information about pick up or delivery to the phone number in the sign they will attend fast.
Look for a scale, you might b overweight on the gross . That's my weight with full fuel tanks.
They make you pay $275 late fee if you arrive more than 15 minutes late from your appointment, no excuses for this.
