I had a problem with one of their products that wasn’t functioning properly and reached out to the pharmacy for help. Instead of handling it professionally, the staff were dismissive and made it seem like it was my fault. The attitude was completely surprising, unnecessary and beyond unprofessional. I rarely leave reviews, but the lack of respect and accountability in how they handled the situation deserves to be noted.
