I want to give minus 50 stars. SRP has added $1240 to my bill because someone who used to live at this address didn't pay their bill. They say because my mail came here I benefitted from that person's electricity and that now I'm responsible for their WHOLE BILL. They will NOT tell me the person's name or the dates or anything.
