The customer service, tone and delivery could of been better. I felt dismissed when I tried to inquire about opening up a business/savings account today. I was informed I had to be a resident of the CSRA. So I called the main SRP location and they told me that was false in which I already knew that because I know of ppl that have SRP accounts where I reside.
