Customer service at this location is terrible. In recent months, I have scheduled a phone appointment and did not get a call as promised. When I scheduled an in person appointment, they did not meet with me on time, or acknowledge that they were late for the appointment. They have had me sign three times for the same CD. Some staff do not appear familiar with the financial products/services. My family has been a member of SRPFCU for 70 years, but it might be time to cut ties.
We opened an account based on good reviews around 2 years ago. Customer service has definitely went downhill. We went in to get secure credit cards. First thing, my husband said. Michelle Miller decided that we needed to do another type of card, which we were denied for. After that, we got to do our secure credit cards! She didn't listen to us.
