I took my Cadillac in for a strut replacement. Was told one was bad but should replace both. When I was told job was done, I picked up and paid. Week later a strut popped loose and took it back. I was told “I only had a strut mount to get you going but the parts are here now”, and took it back to finish. But this mistake popped a hole in my hood causing $3500 in repairs. After that I never heard back.
