My Therapist Lilly and front desk staff Delia are wonderful, very professional, kind, dedicated to their patients and provide outstanding customer service to each and every one of their patients and customers. I have had the opportunity to witness their interaction as they greet and welcome their patients to their office. Thank You for taking care of me and my speech therapy needs. You all are AWESOME !!!! Recomiendo este lugar de Terapia de Lenguaje para todas las edades, tanto niños como adultos. Porque tienen terapeutas profesionales, que apoyan a nuestros hijos en su desarrollo de lenguaje. En particular estoy muy contenta, por el desarrollo que mi hija esta adquiriendo. No se diga, el personal de recepcion son muy amables en el west de El Paso, cualesquier duda o problema te ayudan a resolverlo. En particular estoy agradecida por el servicio. Dios los siga bendiciendo.

Any concerns I have they are there to help my daughter improve. Very friendly and nice, always making my daughter smile by the end of the session.

Do not go! This is the worst doctor office experience I’ve ever had. The therapist is great and connected with our son. We are truly sorry to have to take him somewhere else. However, the administrative side left much to be desired. We encountered several issues with the front desk, specifically, the lady handling our appointment and insurance queries appeared incompetent and struggled to manage our benefits. Overall, the office felt like a poorly managed family-run business. I do not recommend this place.
