Was waved off by everyone there the last time I visited just because I was sick with Rsv. Tried to change my address so I can receive my bills and was told "you can just do it next time." Now my bills are being sent to collections. Will not be returning.
I just think everyone there is so kind and caring. They take very good care of us. They listen to our concerns as well. I never feel rushed.
