So my concrete guy used this company for my project. The first time they sent the wrong type of truck for my terrain and it got stuck. It was stuck for hours and after they finally got it out of the ruts it made in my yard, they were told to take the mud back and we didn't want it. This must have angered SRM because they made us wait at least 2 hours for our last truck which caused a cold joint. Fast forward to today. We poured the apron out front of my building. First time sending a truck to the plant in St. Augustine, we had an issue with the air bags on the flatbed trailer and the guys there helped us out. They repositioned the barricades they had loaded earlier and helped us tie them back down. I want to say thank you to the employees at the SRM plant located in St. Augustine.
