Used this company two times and both experiences were terrible. More worried about liability then customer service and they short you on materials. When you order they’ll tell you to “buy more” to make sure you have enough material. Then with the excess they want to dump it somewhere on your property because they can’t take it back. They play the same game as the other concrete companies they don’t care about customer service they care about their next dollar.
Worst experience I had with concrete delivery. The first truck driver didn’t want to deliver my concrete and told me he was going back. The guy changed his mind when the second truck came in. Wasted my concrete and time and the GM told me he was going to discount it but never did. I would not recommend this company to anyone I’ve never seen a ready mix concrete company wasted my time and money like this and go against there word.
Buyer beware I ordered 9 yards of concrete for a 24 x 27 4 inch thick slab and all the mouth says that that should’ve been 8 yards I used two by fours as my form laser leveled the entire area as well as use the old school leveling with a 2 x 4 x 12 just to make sure the ground was completely leveled. I had a poured today and Lord and behold I needed an additional 2 1/2 yards that makes 11 1/2 yards for a 24 x 27 4 inch thick slab.
