They were late with the footer mix, then when it came to the block fill there was a dispatch error (wrote by the driver on the ticket) that made the concrete over an hour late, so we refused it. so I called to reschedule and see if they could pay the pump truck base rate for showing up and they said no. It’s bad business and they didn’t care to try to save my business with them. 2/2 late on both delivery’s and didn’t make it right when I asked.
