We called several concrete suppliers in the area and SRM stood out as the most helpful and informative of all. We gave our information and Christie(sp?) gave us the details and measurements for the correct amount needed for our pour. They set up a date and time and were prompt with the delivery. Russell the driver not only gave excellent directions on how to get the concrete to each location but helped enormously to get it done correctly. Very disappointed with their customer support. One of their drivers backed off the road before reaching our lot damaging a culvert pipe. Now SRM’s Loss Prevention Manager says it’s not their responsibility to repair the damage. This driver asked the tow truck driver if he’s the same one that pulled him out the last time also. How many times will this driver cause damage without SRM acknowledging any responsibility. They delivered some stuff to my neighbors and they blew the horn for my kids which made them so excited ❤️❤️❤️❤️ I honestly appreciate them.
I contacted SRM Concrete in Athens, Tennessee to schedule a delivery at a time when my concrete pumping business and my finisher were both to be at my home. Brent was very professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. The delivery was scheduled for 8:00A.M. and the SRM driver was on time. We were able to get the concrete poured; pumped to my back yard; and finished without any problems. Thanks Brent, for all your help!. Rose
