We called several concrete suppliers in the area and SRM stood out as the most helpful and informative of all. We gave our information and Christie(sp?) gave us the details and measurements for the correct amount needed for our pour. They set up a date and time and were prompt with the delivery. Very disappointed with their customer support. One of their drivers backed off the road before reaching our lot damaging a culvert pipe. Now SRM’s Loss Prevention Manager says it’s not their responsibility to repair the damage. This driver asked the tow truck driver if he’s the same one that pulled him out the last time also. How many times will this driver cause damage without SRM acknowledging any responsibility. They delivered some stuff to my neighbors and they blew the horn for my kids which made them so excited ❤️❤️❤️❤️ I honestly appreciate them.
