The worst experience. The website will tell you they dont take "schedule ahead" orders. But when we called, they said it would be a few days to even get a truck out there, and that the website was wrong.. okay, then change it? Flash forward to delivery day, truck is supposed to be there at 12. Apparently he was behind and didn't arrive until 1:30! Which put OUR business behind on work. If there were zero stars I would have put. This company is shady and unprofessional. They ripped us off. They are THIEVES. Back story: we scheduled a truck to come and pour concrete for a driveway. The driver drove into the mud, damaging the mesh and my beautifully landscaped yard. Of course, the truck got stuck in the mud and the company had to call a tow truck to be able to pull this huge concrete truck out of our yard. Imagine the mess and the damage it caused. During a large landscaping project, our contractor subcontracted the concrete delivery to SRM. Everything was ready for them to pour on Thursday. They kept saying they were on their way but never showed up. We spent the weekend in mud, with tarps covering the leveled area due to rain. They eventually showed up on Monday - later than the window provided. Everything went smoothly during the pour.
