Seeing as I've watched their mixer trucks repeatedly blow through multiple stop lights along highway 10 along Hurst, Euless, Bedford. I'm going to say these drivers by action don't care for our safety only their load. I know the concrete has to get on site and poured in a small window, but your load is not worth a life.
