Extremely disappointed with the service from this concrete plant. The first truck on a 47-yard pour showed up an hour late, which threw off the entire schedule. The job was supposed to start at 6:00 AM, and the final truck didn’t leave until 12:30 PM. Throughout the day, I was given false updates on truck locations, and there was absolutely no accountability or support when their mistakes caused delays. Save yourself the headache—go with IMI or Garrett Brothers. At least they’ll take responsibility when something goes wrong.
