Nothing has changed since Federal sold out. Once again I'm sitting here waiting on concrete towards the end of the slab, fighting cold joints, because this rotten excuse for a concrete company can't finish one task before starting another. Any money you think you'll save you'll lose in labor in and sleep. I've been traveling pouring concrete for the past 9.5 years in this area and none have even come close to how bad they are.
