Wes in the office work with us like a Champ. On a recent pour, the pump trailer service brought our a pump trailer that didn't work. It was REALLY dicey for a bit and I thought I was going to have to eat $2K in concrete as the concrete was getting hot and the pump trailer service could not get their pump working. Wes was really helpful in the whole scenario and in large part due to his help we were able to get the concrete poured and get the job done!!!!

This place is outstanding! Tony (plant manager I believe) and his co-worker I do not remember his name went above and beyond with what I needed. Very knowledgeable and helpful. SRM concrete needs to recognize they have two outstanding employees that are hard to find.
