SMR arrived at 5:30 am to a building site next door to my home. They idled three, yes three, concrete trucks and proceeded to make the loudest racket possible. Everything from banging onto boards, backup alarms, to loud equipment. Zero regard for the people who live in the houses nearby and extremely unprofessional. Not to mention breaking the local work/sound ordinance. DO BETTER!
Poor customer service. Currently working on new a few new homes in my area, tried speaking to the Employees out working the job site. They claim they don't Understand English . No one is in charge on the job site. I have called the company twice to let them know about the early noise disturbance nothing has changed. Reminder It's a regulation, not a preference.
