Plays favorite to bigger companies instead of first come first serve on concrete orders and deliveries. No respect for smaller companies even though we pay with same green money.
SRM Concrete was incredible to work with from start to finish. They showed up on time, delivered exactly what they promised, and made the entire process seamless. Their customer service was excellent — everyone we spoke with was helpful, responsive, and professional. Overall, a great experience, and we’ll absolutely be using SRM again for any future projects that require concrete. Highly recommend!

SRM is the worst company to get concrete from they’re always short on their concrete. In the last five years I’ve been doing concrete I’ve never been short until I started using SRM. ABSOLUTE TRASH
A driver of SRM was at my neighbors home delivering concrete. He was parked in front of my driveway. After an hour, I needed to leave for an appointment. I asked him to move. They were done with the concrete...he was washing out in buckets on our sidewalk. He said I left you room. I had to go over my lawn to get out. He then got in the concrete truck and left. Very, very rude and unprofessional. I would never get concrete from this company. He was just plain nasty.
