SRM is the worst company to get concrete from they’re always short on their concrete. In the last five years I’ve been doing concrete I’ve never been short until I started using SRM. ABSOLUTE TRASH
A driver of SRM was at my neighbors home delivering concrete. He was parked in front of my driveway. After an hour, I needed to leave for an appointment. I asked him to move. They were done with the concrete...he was washing out in buckets on our sidewalk. He said I left you room. I had to go over my lawn to get out. He then got in the concrete truck and left. Very, very rude and unprofessional. I would never get concrete from this company. He was just plain nasty.
Roy Barber and the dispatch lady, they are a five stars workers. Roy is taking his work to another level, best service I ever received, he delivered the concrete and teach us some concrete tricks, helped out shoveling some concrete and was very responsible whit his equipment (cleaning and operation)
Thy treat their employees with disrespect. Do not care for thier customers. Hot lodes , wrong slump . Late , unorganized, Very bad company. .not satisfied
