Pours concrete at 5 am in residential neighborhoods. Very loud. Blames contractor for their trucks violating Bradford County noise laws and pouring concrete during hours in violation of local ordinances. Very unprofessional.
ABSOLUTE WORST. If this is SRM everywhere then it's sad Scott Mogel and Ned Pandzic run this place like a concentration camp. I heard these people got a long line of illegal stuff how they do their employees starting from retaliation to cut people's pay or when they get sick they cut off their insurance or put workers in dangerous even life threatening situations. This is the worst place and worst people to work for SRM concrete Richmond virginia!!! Starting from sexual harassment to threatening at employees that they are going to cut their wage if they call sick or have family emergencies, horrible horrible horrible!!! Scott Mogel general manager and Nedzad production manager are the most horrible managers ever just devilish!

This company hires a bunch of illegals so they can treat them like shit they put an illegal European name Ned in charge so he can delegate the crew we believe he’s also illegal. There are no safety regulations or nothing that would protect the workers, they work them day and night, if someone gets sick they immediately terminate them.
Don’t work for this company everything they do is very harmful to their employees, the safety manager his name is Nedzad is not much of a safety manager since many people got injured he doesn’t care about safety only thing him and the general manager Scott Mogel think about is money money money over their employe’s safety.
