If I can give this company and a branch manager by the name of Wayne less than one star, I would. This company provided us with the worst service that you can ever have. By a company, knowing that us as contractors are out on the job site. Paying for a pump by the hour, paying guys. By the hour, they have a sitting out there with the truck at the worksite. Based on the recommendation of Mr. Ramón Ortega, a shipment of 10 trucks was agreed upon; however, 12 were invoiced. Subsequently, 2 trucks were delivered, but the invoice reflected 3. The company has not provided a clear explanation for these discrepancies and has instead shown a mocking attitude toward the clients.
