Formerly employed. It seemed like a great place to work at first. With a lack of resources and definitely a lack of ability to manage good workers, my opinion changed. While the other concrete companies are thriving in this area, it’s no doubt that the reputation of Smyrna Ready Mix has been noticed and SRM has taken for granted that everyone in Cartersville knows everyone Cartersville. You can’t be unfair to people and expect to compete with other good companies.
