I called to get a quote for concrete for my mobile home. NATE said what grade do you need. I said I don't know, do you have a suggestion as it's just for a mobile home pad. He said no I don't and that's something people know before they call. Extremely rude, I called SRM in Florence and he helped me without any hesitation. This review isn't a direct reflection of the company but their employee, NATE and how I was talked to by that miserable man. I'd recommend somebody other than him for customer service and support.
