I'm a truck driver and scheduling appointments is unpredictable for me. This place refuses to answer the phone. Either I get no answer or a different location will answer the phone. And now I got scheduled an appointment without my consent and knowledge and I am half way across the country and they want to charge me a fee for not showing up. The automated message says I need to call to cancel the appointment and yet nobody answers.
They were a little slow even with an appointment, but exam turned out OK.
