Do not Recommend. Incompetent Staff
Excellent patient rapport with skilled communication of the full range of related medical issues. Listens to and addresses all questions with a cheerful and positive demeaner. My first visit today but he will remain my doctor. Thank you.
To say that I’m traumatized by dealing with him is an understatement. The staff mishandled my prescriptions on 4 separate occasions. No one returns phone messages. I spoke to the Dr. Kucherov about the withdrawal symptoms I am having from a medication he took me off of. His responses were to yell at me “What do you want me to do about it?” “ if your nauseous, go somewhere else, I’m not here for that.”
Does not listen or care about anything you say. Will maybe listen to part of the issue you’re having and prescribe a temporary fix.
Dr.Afzal is one of the kindest doctors I've met who genuinely cares for her patients. She is thorough, meticulous and goes to great lengths even in a simple annual wellness check. When I had further questions I was told to get an appointment with her but the doctor overheard me and called me and answered questions.. I've never felt so good about any other doctor. So glad I found her!!
