Loved Dr Kasina.Best endocrinologist I’ve had in Ft Smith.Totally upset he is leaving!
"Had an appointment to go over meds for hashimotos (hypothyroid). He didn't look at all the labs and concentrated on tsh being suppressed. I explained in several ways when you are on thyroid medication your tsh will be suppressed. He said he 'disagrees.' This isn't a subjective issue, even medication insert included with thyroid medication explains tsh WILL be suppressed when taking these meds. Looking online at the PDR it also informs that tsh is suppressed on medication. This is critical because he wanted to lower my medic... read more
Dr Kasina is a nice and very caring doctor. He has helped me alot. I recommend Dr Kasina very highly. He's a great Doctor, very professional and compassionate and caring plus very knowledgeable in everything wrong with me, he's very smart!
Dr. Kasina was so very kind and patient with my elderly mother. He was very professional yet he took his time to explain everything to her. He is very easy to understand and seems to genuinely care about his patients. I highly recommend him!
Dr. Kasina is one of the most caring, knowledgeable, and helpful physicians in the area. He takes as much time as needed to help patients understand often complex and frightening health conditions. He is so compassionate and kind. It’s so refreshing to meet with a medical provider that makes you feel listened to and taken seriously. I wouldn't trust my care with anyone else.
