Dr. Panja and his NP, Ms. Cooper are phenomenal! For roughly a year and a half, I was feeling extremely lethargic, gaining a significant amount of weight despite dieting and exercising, and struggling with depression and anxiety. I took my mom to see Dr. Srinivas Panja in the Humble, TX office recently and he was incredibly kind and professional. Unfortunately, the front-desk receptionist was shockingly rude and disrespectful to my mother! On Monday my mom called to speak with a nurse about her lab results; the receptionist hung up on her. Longtime Patient Disappointed by Office Manager’s Unprofessional Conduct Update: My Review of the service got deleted. Dr Panja is terrific He has been my Dr for many years. My last visit I did see PA Cooper and I like her very much as well.
Dr. Panja is a fantastic physician. However, the office shutting off their phones early on Fridays and turning them on late on Mondays make it difficult for prescription assistance. 30 minutes early on Friday and we're nearly an hour into business hours the following Monday and the phones are still off and I'm out of medication. This isn't the first time this has happened but it will be the last as I will have to find a different doctor that is actually available during their operating hours.
