Dr Bramhadevi is very friendly, and speaks to the patient in a way anyone would understand. He listens and makes suggestions and gives you options versus dictating next steps. Staff is highly friendly and communicative and the Wellstar app makes interaction super easy.
The staff is not helpful and some have no customer service skills. It's very unorganized and do not accommodate their patients. I was told to give them a try with my Thyroid issues I been seeing them for 3 years and still having a lot of problems. I would not recommend this office. I regret that the Dr has to have a bad review because of the staff.
