This is a review on the front office staff... Completely unprofessional. When you get there to check in they are all usually laughing, talking to each other or eating pizza, and ignore the people signing in. I have never seen a front office run so poorly with people eating in the office.... That's what break rooms are for. No one ever answers the phone and when you leave a message to please return a call No one calls back. And while in the office you never hear phones ringing cause they have ringer off..Very poor service. It's sad that a Dr even allows that...My spouse is a pt there and when he tries calling the office NOBODY ANSWERS. I sat there and observed no phones are ringing and I did mention to your front staff "Your phones don't ring " and I could see the phone light ringing!!
