Dr. Naramala and his staff have been great. They are very helpful and pleasant. I am very grateful for the timely evaluation, diagnosis and establishment of a treatment plan I received.
No one ever answers the phone and when you leave a message to please return a call No one calls back. And while in the office you never hear phones ringing cause they have ringer off..Very poor service. It's sad that a Dr even allows that...My spouse is a pt there and when he tries calling the office NOBODY ANSWERS. I sat there and observed no phones are ringing and I did mention to your front staff "Your phones don't ring " and I could see the phone light ringing!!
