I was a bit unsure when Dr. Boniske retired. Turns out Dr. Naramala is great. If you need a rheumatologist, this is your guy. UPDATE: The past week and a half, I've been calling his Visalia 0ffice and leaving messages to call or just send form I need for their pharmacy. There's been no call back or form sent. The pharmacy called and left a message and there was no response to that contact. I don't know what the heck is going on, but this is terrible patient care!
This is a review on the front office staff... Completely unprofessional. When you get there to check in they are all usually laughing, talking to each other or eating pizza, and ignore the people signing in. I have never seen a front office run so poorly with people eating in the office.... That's what break rooms are for. If you are in the front office, then act like a professional and acknowledge the person signing in and get them checked in instead of telling them on the way out where they have to spend more time wasted s... read more
Dr. Naramala and his staff have been great. They are very helpful and pleasant. I am very grateful for the timely evaluation, diagnosis and establishment of a treatment plan I received.
