Called 4 days in a row with no answer. Left 2 messages and no one returned call. During my initial appointment, a PA met with me via a telehealth call to a tablet in the exam room. The tablet in the room only showed her initials on the screen. I could not see who I was speaking to. Very impersonal. The front desk staff was extremely unprofessional in appearance, demeanor, and the conversation they were having. One star because the doctor did come in the room, and one star is the only option. Not going back!
