Very happy with the level of service I received. Staff very friendly and accommodating. However, the Central Call system the NY Cancer and Blood has in place needs to be re-evaluated. It SUCKS. I have called them on three different occasions. Nothing was resolved and I am still waiting for the office manager, who was to handle the issues raised to call me back. I AM STILL WAITING.
Dr. Reddy and his team provided excellent care. They were very kind, professional, and made me feel comfortable thank you
I didn’t have to wait. And Dr. Reddy’s bedside manner is so wonderful. The staff is all very sweet and friendly. It’s very clean and good location.
