The office staff called required my social security number or no appointment. I felt threatened cause i needed the appointment. As a professional i know this is in violation. It results in vulnerability and every office staff in that practice has access to my personal info. There are plenty of good doctors. Don’t go to this one.
Did not rush me and asked insightful questions.
I went for treatment of sleep apnea, but was prescribed a mask and equipment that do not fit so it does not work. I could not obtain a follow up appointment to address the problem. A complete waste of time and money. The office staff is rude besides.
The lady at the front desk, first person you encounter, is very rude! I have never encountered such rudeness and absolutely uncaring as well. The doctor was nice but have only seen him 1-2 times at first and then the nurse practitioner for all other visits. The doctor or someone at that office should care how people are treated. Look at all the reviews.

The doctors are good, I see both doctors in the office. The nurses are nice. The receptionist has an issue if you ask her something out of the norm. She can be sweet or an attack dog.
Dr Iyer is great! Not so the staff especially whoever answers the phone. I believe the problem is too many patients as they seemed rushed all the time Being persistent and being my own advocate has probably saved my life (too long a story). I like the receptionist-never an issue with her. But would definitely recommend Dr Iyer 100%!
